The HR Metrics Team will formally notify organizations when submissions for the GDEIB Awards are open.

Upon receiving the notification, interested organizations must confirm their interest via email or through the HR Metrics website. After confirmation, login credentials to access the GDEIB Submission Portal will be sent.

On the portal, the organization’s focal person must register, select the award categories they wish to apply for, and choose the applicable level for each category (Proactive, Progressive, or Best Practice only).

Based on the selected categories, an invoice will be issued. The GDEIB assessment fee is:

• National Organizations: PKR 100,000 (One Lakh Rupees) per category.
• International Organizations: USD 400 per category.

The fee must be paid within 30 days of invoice issuance or a formal “promise to pay” undertaking must be submitted. This fee is non-refundable and solely intended to cover administrative and evaluation costs; it does not influence the jury's scoring.

Organizations can apply for a minimum of 1 and a maximum of 15 categories. To be eligible for an award, the organization must select one of the three eligible levels—Proactive, Progressive, or Best Practice—and demonstrate compliance with more than 50% of the benchmarks in each selected category.

For each selected benchmark, a narrative of up to 300 words must be submitted along with relevant evidence (e.g., internal or external documents, policies, reports, images, videos, or URLs), compiled and clearly tagged according to each benchmark.

Submissions completed on or before 15 September 2025 may receive optional feedback from the HR Metrics Team regarding the completeness of the submission. This does not reflect jury scoring or guarantee selection.

All entries will be reviewed and assessed by an independent international jury.

HR Metrics ensures full confidentiality of all data shared. Organizations may request a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), which will be honored prior to data submission.

Multinational organizations will receive digital certificates, while national organizations will be formally recognized during the official awards ceremony on 15 April 2026 at Marriott, Karachi.
